As a busy entrepreneur or professional, you can spend so much of your time on automatic pilot. Your body may be in the present, completing tasks. But your minds may be time traveling; remembering the last meeting, or worrying about getting your taxes paid.

I don't experience any pain whatsoever anymore if I get symptoms.

I would have continued in the same cycle of anxiety, depression then recover a bit and it start again. I now can recognise the signs of me becoming anxious/ stressed and stop it.
