For years, I suffered with IBS, anxiety, Fibromyalgia, Crohn's Disease, Temporomandibular Jaw Dysfunction, and severe migraines...
Until I learned how to overcome these conditions and start taking control of my body and life.
I was able to go from working part-time for the NHS and struggling in my business to living life fully, knowing “I can do this now!” My IBS, anxiety and pain no longer limiting me.
Now, I help others to relieve their IBS and stress using my experience, my professional and clinical experience, and based on the scientific Biopsychosocial, Gut-Brain Axis perspective.
