Hiya, I’m Tina! 👋
I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, and SIRPA trained practitioner ready to help people like you free yourself from your pain and end your frustrations so you can finally start living life to its fullest and thriving in your business or career.

For years, I suffered with excessive worry, anxiety, Fibromyalgia, IBS, jaw dysfunction and severe migraines...
Until I learnt to overcome these conditions and start taking control of my body and life.
I was able to go from working part time for the NHS and struggling on my entrepreneurial journey to going full force with my business, knowing “I can do this now!” My pain and anxiety no longer limited me.
Now, I help others to release their pain and anxiety by using a holistic, biopsychosocial model.
My biggest motivation is to help people like you to learn practical, scientifically-proven steps to reduce feeling stuck, doubtful, and anxious, and gain clarity, control, and freedom, so they can achieve the success in their business or career they desire.
